Members receive 50% off all supplies, and non-members receive 40% off. If you would like prices on fresh flowers, please call your sales rep for the most current availability and pricing.
Non member purchases
Non-members must operate a licensed retail florist business at least 300 days a year. Such business would include all facilities customarily associated with a full service retail florist, including but not limited to, storage and display refrigerators for maintenance of fresh cut flowers, a “store front” for display to retail customers, a store sign, a sales tax identification number, and must be buying for resale.
Exceptions to the rule above would be the sale of fresh cut flowers, greens and/or supplies to educational and training facilities (i.e., ULL, Northeast University, L.S.U., Schools of Floristry, Florists Associations and Industry Associates).
Allow for sales of potted plants, nursery stock, and floral supplies (i.e., foil, speed covers and liners, etc.) to nurseries and greenhouses. These items must be bought for resale.
Allow for sales of all non-perishable items to be sold to retail businesses who operate a retail business at least 5 days a week. Such business must include all facilities customarily associated with a full service retail business, including a “store front” operation, a store sign, a sales tax identification number and must be buying for resale.
All businesses are required to submit written applications, on a company provided form. For approval by management only. Owners and designated employees of approved applications will be authorized to make purchases.
We accept cash, checks, money orders, and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Debit cards.
All though credit cards will be accepted as payment at the point of sale, as an alternative to the Louisiana Wholesale Florists, Inc. credit account, Credit cards will NOT be accepted as payment on account.
On any check returned by the bank due to insufficient funds there will be a charge assessed in the amount of $20.00 per check or 5% of the face amount of the check, whichever is greater.
In-store Pick up
In-store pickup is available during business hours. (See Contact Us for store hours section)
Deliveries are made daily; see our delivery route schedule for delivery days in your area. If you do not see your city, please contact your sales representative for more information.
Delivery fees during store hours are as follows $5.00 for members, $10.00 for non-members. Should you need merchandise after hours, there is an after hour charge of $25.00. We also have special deliveries available on an as needed basis, depending on trucks and driver availability. There may also be an additional charge for overtime if dictated. This $25.00 charge is for special deliveries other than regular scheduled deliveries.
You may return unused and unopened products within 10 days of purchase, after 10 days there will be a 15% restocking fee. If the item is fresh flowers, please contact you salesperson for credit. All sales items are final. Holiday merchandise cannot be returned after the holiday.
