Payments

We accept cash, checks, money orders, and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Debit cards.

 

Credit cards will be accepted as payment at the point of sale, as an alternative to charging to your Louisiana Wholesale Florists, Inc. credit account, however, credit cards will NOT be accepted as payment on account.  If you use a credit card to pay on your account, an additional convenience fee of 2% will be added to your payment.

 

Any check returned by the bank due to insufficient funds, will be assessed an additional $20.00 per check charge, or 5% of the face amount of the check, whichever is greater.

 

In-Store Pick Up

In-store pickup is available during regular business hours.

Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.

 

Deliveries

Deliveries are made daily; see our delivery route schedule for delivery days in your area. If you do not see your city listed, please contact your sales representative for more information. 

 

Fees

Delivery fees during store hours are as follows $12.50 for stockholder members, $17.50 for non-stockholder members. Should you need merchandise after hours, there is an after hour charge of $30.00. We also have special deliveries available on as needed basis, depending on trucks and driver availability. There may also be an additional charge for overtime if dictated. This $35.00 charge (over 20 mile radius) and $25.00 (within 20 mile radius) is for special deliveries other than regularly scheduled deliveries.​

Returns

You may return unused and unopened products within 10 days of purchase, after 10 days there will be a 15% restocking fee. If the item is fresh flowers, please contact your salesperson for credit.  All sales items are final. Holiday merchandise cannot be returned after the holiday.
